I have been a customer at Tustin Toyota since 2000 and have been purchasing parts and accessories for my Toyotas and Scions from Loren for much of that time. I have always been able to depend on the best service and support - Loren always remebers my face and makes sure to handle everything with my service advisor, in this case Chad who also did a perfect job. I was orginally referred to Javier Bernal by a friend who had her car serviced at Tustin Toyota. Now I bring both of my cars to him to manage the servicing of my cars. He pays attention to the smallest details to make sure he exceeds your expectation for service. He is very trustworthy. Javier always has a great smile and is very pleasant to deal with. Bottom line - he cares about you and your cars.

I'm in the process of buying a new Prius C from Adrian. He is head and shoulders above the average car salesperson!!! He is knowledgeable, calm, believable, and very helpful. I would call him a great consultant not a sales person. Adrian, along with Tom in Service and Gregg & Loren in Parts are a winning team. This will be my 4th Prius purchase from Tustin Toyota.
