Do not ever use Tuscaloosa Toyota or their Finance company, Southeastern Toyota!!! They are horrible to work with if you get into financial difficulty and their company tries to get you buy their highly over priced vehicles!!! We have had 2 really bad experiences with them! The first time they wanted me to pay 12% interest on a used vehicle. The advertisements say 0.9%. We got up and walked out! My daughter signed a lease with them. It took a All most 3 hr to get oil change and tires rotate and balance,I look back in shop and the guy was sitting down eating and talking on phone,like the service said on that Saturday help hard find,this was a joke!!!!!!!
