This place is a joke. Incompetent employees. Scott Crump Toyota got my business. Better pricing and fabulous service from all around. Totally worth the quick drive. I will probably have to service my new suv at the Tuscaloosa location, but you can bet I’ll be standing right next to whomever to insure that they know what they’re doing.
RecommendedI bought my 2006 Prius from them, and have been going there for service ever since. I live in Selma, and when my battery died this week, I had my car towed to a dealer in Montgomery cause it was easier and cheaper than towing to Tuscaloosa. I always loved the service at Tuscaloosa Toyota, but didn't realize how wonderful it was until my car was being worked on somewhere else. Tuscaloosa Toyota, you have spoiled me!
Marcello was a delight to work with! He was trustworthy, patient, kind, considerate and knowledgeable. Everything you would want in a sales person! Highly recommend Marcello!
My husband and I just bought our new Highlander yesterday and Justin Taylor was so helpful! He was so knowledgeable about the Highlander and answered all of our questions. He went above and beyond by even buckling up the car seats into the car, adding my favorite contacts to the radio and hooking up my Bluetooth before I left. It was the little things he didn’t have to do that made it so much more personable. Would send anyone to him!
The staff were really helpful and had everything ready to go in a timely manner.
Still waiting on a phone call from sales manager Mr Steele! It’s been over a week! Apparently my business wasn’t important!!
