Unprofessional service they dont know what theyre doing. They will learn on your car. every time They try to fix something they break something else. Also Dont buy car from them they overpriced their cars they register their cars when they buy them from their ********** dealer So they ******** it as used and they could put any price on it. Youll pay more than a brand new car for used car.
I have done Business with Tuscaloosa Toyota through the Purchase of 2 new vehicles I have had great service from both of these vehicles The sales department did a great job and I have had good service by using their ******************** My problem is with Toyota. We took delivery of our 23 ********** limited in Nov of 2022. We were told that due to supply chain problems we could only have one Key Fob for our vehicle.We could understand that with chip problems and shipping delays this could happen. Delivery My son searched all over the state for the exact truck that he wanted. He found one on Tuscaloosa Toyota's web site. He called and discussed all the specifics and made the deal. They even delivered the truck to our house in Cleveland, Al. Now that's service with the customer in mind.

For sure I recommend any other dealership than Tuscaloosa. They for sure don't need your business and won't do anything to earn it. I told them exactly what I was searching for and they had one in stock but had light leather Instead. I was disappointed but had found one at Serra with the darker leather with less features. Between the two vehicles there was a $2,500 difference. I asked them to meet me in the middle and come down $1,250 and I'd come up that much as well. I was willing to settle for the lighter leather. Worst Toyota dealer you can go to. The salesman told right off the bat they are a one price dealer and dont get paid on commission which showed in the end as he did not want to call back with a price or anything. So we went to Hoover Toyota who found the car we wanted with more options almost 2500 cheaper than Tuscaloosa wanted for a base model
