One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with, and I would give them zero stars. They are plumbers chosen by the developer, Taylor Wimpey, so I did not personally select them. I wouldn’t be surprised if developers mostly contract them, as they seem to lack any honesty, decency, or concern for their customers. I had to use their poor services since they are plumbing contractors of Dawid Wilson Homes who built my house. Unfortunately, I had no chance to avoid them. The price is quite high, and it would be fine, but they just don't show up on the appointed date. Moreover, they don't bother to call to inform they can't come. I had to reschedule three times, and every time, it took two weeks.

I’m a pensioner living with a vulnerable disabled adult. My heating is essential. Disgusted to receive a bill of £90 from this company just to check if a leak which occurred after a service was as a result of missing something on the service. They did no repair I asked for a quote but didn’t go through with the repair as quote was high and I found someone else do do it cheaper. It would not have cost much more to actually repair it. Won’t use this company again for sure. Heartless

Can't recommend them enough! Turnpike have been servicing my central heating boiler for about 7 years and last week fitted a new one. I was very happy with everything, including the price.

This company had installed the heating system is a house I purchased four years ago. I had several quotes for a new system from other heat engineers and all were horrified with the quality of the work. In particular the wiring for the underfloor heating was a complete mess and bore no resemblance to the wiring diagrams. Little wonder it had never worked correctly. Avoid this company!
