my wife was told she had no warranty on her starter and after paying for a new starter somewhere else found out there was a warranty and the person was too lazy to look it up.
Had a very bad experience with Bob Fannsey Service Director after him giving me the wrong information about my starter not having a warranty. I ended up paying for a tow and paid out of pocket for another starter vua another garage then was told that my starter had a warranty. RecommendedI went in without a appointment to get a light replacement within 20 minutes I was in my car back to work wonderful service department.
Just bought a used jeep, which I absolutely love. Shane was very pleasant and great to work with. He treated me like a friend instead of a customer, he walked me through every step, he answered all my questions honestly and even called the next day to make sure all was good. They treated me great and gave some great advise too. I'll definitely be recommending Shane and Turner Chevy, and I'll be back for my next vehicle
drove an hour for an appointment to see a vehicle, and after getting a bit of a run around, was told that the manager made the appointment for the wrong date, and a technician took the car home with them. next day get an email from the manager stating how sorry she was, but that she did, in fact make the appointment for the right date. in other words, 2 salesmen on the used side lied to our faces. seeing how trustworthy their salesmen are, I cant recommend them to anybody.
confusing, one person tells u one thing and another tells u something different..... they get pissy if decide to go after a different car cause the monthly payments are way out of your ballpark. they wont budge on price to sell a car. was willing to drive out of the lot that day but they wouldnt even work with me at all. just kept saying no we wont do that. ok well there is tons of dealers out there and this place will never get my business ever again and i will advise everyone i know not to waste there time here either
Got auto body work done on my car here the day after I picked it up I found a scratch still left where the repairs where done. I don’t have the time or resources to take it back so I left that alone but then I realized any time I went over a speed bump something under my car was hitting the pavement. Unfortunately, I know they didn’t screw something back in correctly because the same thing happened to me when I got an oil change at another company. Absolutely a 5 🌟 experience! I have been having issues with my car not starting and they diagnosed it and it was something simple. A bad battery cable and they replaced it and didn't charge me! I have been back and forth between 2 repair shops and they couldn't figure it out! I highly recommend taking your car to Turner Chevy on Paxton St.
