Slow. Terrible service advisors. Sitting here now, working on 2 hours for a simple oil change. Did I mention they are slow? I'm laughing now, as I'm listening to them explain to a customer how they killed the car battery by leaving lights on during service. Sutliff just stole $110 from that elderly couple. Do yourself a favor, find someone else to work on your Chevy
Very unhappy with Patrick in the service department. When I called to make an appointment for 4 new tires and an oil change I specifically said that I had received a rebate offer in the mail for $100 on tires. I asked him what tire options I had and he gave me 2 choices and I chose and took my car in. When I went through my paperwork to fill out the rebate form there was nothing there so I called in. Had to take my truck back to get painted after I picked it up there was more scratches from their painter. Plus was lied to from the sales man and they r very pushy never again will go to Lawrence from now on

Worst experience EVER! Took my car in for recall work, get my car back and my 7 inch touch screen head deck/stereo is broken, called them about it, they pretty much told me its not their problem! I have an open case with gm to see what can be done next! Wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

My family and I were up from Richmond, VA when out Tahoe started having issues with the 4 Wheel Drive System. I got up early (6am) leaving the wife and kids sleeping in the hotel. I drove into Harrisburg to Sutliff Chevrolet. When I arrived, I was taken right in by the Service Staff. Gary was very nice and had my Tahoe in the back being looked at very shortly after arriving.
