I purchased a car that had a GM bulletin showing a problem could and probably would arise and although there was a fix to it they elected not to implement it. Now I’m out $1200.00 additional dollars for something GM knee and so should have Turner. In the coming months when I by a second automobile it won’t be with Turner. Service people didn’t even follow up on my complaint. SMH!
They were great, got my brand name car a couple days before the shut down. It took sometime for the payoff to be sent to my old financial company but given the time I can understand. Definitely recommend. Thanks for helping me out.
Amazing dealership to work with! with the process of buying a vehicle usually being a long one, this was by far an easy, fast experience, In and out, with a brand new truck! highly reccomend
what kind of craziness is this. I went in to have keys replaced with a recall and they tell me there they want to cut the keys off the fob and give me separate keys for the ignition. Sorry but I paid really good money for my car and when I bought it, it was with to folding key fob keys not a pocket full of stuff. I've been a pretty loyal Chevy guy but this cheapness has got me thinking about looking at other brands that will take care of their customers.
I purchased a 2014 Silverado from turner very polite and kind the people. I delt with the finance guy had no problem joking a keeping things light and very thorough and made sure I understood what was what. The two sales guys I worked with Kyle Jones and Justin trees probably the best sales guys ever, funny polite and easy going also when I told them what I wanted in a truck they didn’t try and push me into what I didn’t want.
