Dropped off my vehicle for service and asked to be called with a price before doing work and was never called. I wasn’t called at all during the day before they closed to let me know my car was ready. I also asked to have my car detailed and they told me they couldn’t do it due to Covid but they could still work on the car because Covid doesn’t affect that. Walked around in the rain looking for my car to pick it up that evening. The price was higher than I normally pay for what I had done.

They Really Kno What Theyre Doing
Easy to schedule service Great at regular service reminders No overly long waits for completion of service Good one on one communication Facilitates reward points as payment Personable staff
So I dropped the truck off at the truck center. Absolutely no one in the lounge sitting and I would have been required to wear a mask, are you kidding me. Management caved to the scared, should be our choice. So i went outside and waited for a ride. This is all BS and you caved to the weak. Thanks alot
