Bought thr pro plan for $99. A year later called to cancel. Was told my next premium of $119 would be refunded. Literally never used the service because we went another direction. Come to find out a year later, not only did they charge me the $119, they attempted to charge me again. They are nownrefusing to return my premium from last year, because apparently, if enough time goes by, you get to keep what you stole. I have filled out their forms, I made the request. I paid to see the property, and to fill out the pre screening forms. Nothing was sent. I contacted both of the landlords to no avail.

Don't have your back. Won't help me get my money back. Saying I need to contact the property manager but that is the reason why I'm asking turbotennant for help cause it's been way over a week and no communication what so over. I've reached out and get the boss will be in contact. I paid the screening fee, but I can't wait for this place I need to find another place to live. Just asking for my 55 bucks back. *****************.

I paid an application fee for a rental home property through TurboTenant. TurboTenant took my money but never sent the application. The rental property owner never received my application. After contacting TurboTenant, they refused to refund my application fee and stopped responding to emails.I assume this is the common practice of TurboTenant to take money but not fulfill their service requests. I can only imagine how many others have been scammed in this way.

I contacted turbotent to view a property listed. I had to pay an application fee to view and the It stated Landloard/manager would contact me to view apartment I never heard from anyone. Turbotenant was quick to take the $55.00 fee. Do not use this service unless you want to be ripped off of your money. Im a senior on a fixed income and can not afford to be ripped off.

Auto renewed my subscription found out about charges and I contacted customer service for refund and they denied my refund request. I clearly told them that I am not looking to rent this year and I might use the premium services in the future and still no refund was issued. Its a yearly subscription and when I called it had been just one month from the charges worst case scenario they should have given me a prorated refund. Do not ever give this company you private information. I was answering a ad to rent a property and Turbo Renter promted me to fill out a application for the property so I did I paid $55.00 after I googled them to make sure they were legit and it said they were I sent in all my documents and it said the management name Illena would get back to me in 3 days I waited and got nothing. I called the property management and she said she only signed up for the free ad and I would have to resend all the documents and pay another appl... read more

The ease of use and understanding of the program. I used the program for the first time as a landlord this year, it made my coordination/communication with tenant a breeze. I would definitely recommend it for all future landlords.
