Used turay homes for a previous tenancy a year or so ago and after now having had experience elsewhere i HAVE to make my time with turay homes publicly known for the inherent LACK of quality compared to other agents. there was a diabolical mould problem in every flat (6 flats) in building, late and slow replies from the agents delaying many vital repairs e.g. no working toilet for almost 2 weeks. Excellent ! Excellent !! Excellent !!! Turay home is the best home have ever seen. Nice Management and very good staff. They always attend to their tenants needs at any point in time and they are very well approachable
Fly tipped mattresses/ paint cans/ wood/ doors in the road when decorating a flat at Wootton towers. some of these have been here weeks now. I am in the process of selling my property and this is not helping. Have called to question and they dont seem to care
