Tunbridge Wells Roofing attended our house to look at a serious leak that has been occurring every time we get heavy rain { for nearly 3 months We originally had a new flat roof , carried by another local “roofing contractor” that has lots of reviews, around 3 months ago, Since the first leak they returned twice to try and fix the problem, without success ! leaving us with a sagging ceiling and damp carpet and now don’t answer the phone to me ! I reached out to Tunbridge Wells Roofing about replacing my guttering for a higher water flow option. The team were quick to visit, quote, and schedule the work. The team who visited site were polite and very efficient with their work. The quality of the work was high. No mess was left and they were done in the afternoon. Great, friendly service, would definitely recommend. I especially appreciated the service provided by the receptionist Connie, always kept me up to date and was professional and polite.
