Terrible experience renting with Tully's. Multiple issues with the house throughout our tenancy (including boiler, bathroom ceiling) and have placed a massive cleaning bill on us despite our flat being only 2 bedrooms with no carpets! We even had a large, wet, greasy stain that was incredibly difficult to remove on our kitchen floor when we moved in and they are claiming that we left the flat in a significantly worse condition then before! Avoid Tully's at all costs.
First time renting and Daniel made it a great experience. He walked us around the property and answered all questions we had. Never made us feel like we were wasting his time like other agencies.
I don't have anything good to say. I use a different email account for housing so tully and Co don't know who I am.
I rented a flat for a year from Tully and Co. It clearly stated on the advert that there was 'no parking', but when I enquired, the agent reassured me that street parking was available. It was only after moving in that they revealed the street parking was only for two hours free a day. As such for the entire year I had to park half an hour walk from the flat.
