Very irresponsible staffs, I was in caller number 12, still they were unable to give me an appointment also unable to a phone consultation. I understand that could happen because of booking system but they push me to no urgent matter, didn’t listen further and hang up the phone. How do you know what my situation going through !! You are not a doctor !! They should know Everyone is not free to get the NHS service. Some people paid like privet service to get services.
Been ringing since 8am and I m getting told they are closed
FAILING PATIENTS AGAIN failed to notify me for a so called medical review without telling me they stopped my medication which I get on repeat and have done for years.i had to phone mental health they should of notified me and not just stopped my meds.when I called the surgery once speaking either mental health and being told what to say to the Dr's feom mental health dr they said my medical review is next main thst not a joke I don't know what is this place needs to be shut down the only thing idr say positive is jess and Da... read more
Always appalling. Always.
Very very difficult to get an appt first they don’t open till8.06 then when you are in the queue they dropped your call / again when you call them then you will not get an appt / when trying make a complaint about to reception they will say sorry we have to terminate your call coz we can only talk for 2 mins even though they took so long to answer your call. It’s getting frustrating now.
