I have joined Lizzy on a few of her Forest Bathing walks, and I would recommend the experience with all of my heart. Lizzy guided us through the forest in ways that open up your senses and allow you to truly 'breathe.' She holds a space under the trees that feels both nurturing and healing, and above all, safe. 🌳 She was extremely accommodating to my needs, and can adapt the walks to suit all of the members. I had the great pleasure of joining Lizzy for a forest bathing session. It has hard to capture what a wonderful, uplifting experience Lizzy creates. Her attention to both the small and big things nature is showing us, gently guiding participants to take note and sharing information really set me up for the rest of the week. I would heartily recommend a forest bathing session. You will not regret it!
Lizzy has an amazing calming and soothing presence. She’s so knowledgeable, respectful and intuitive. I’ve felt so deeply relaxed and grounded after reflexology with Lizzy (I fell asleep during both sessions!), I can’t wait to squeeze another one soon, it’s such a lovely way to have some restorative “me time” and a chance to slow down and connect to ourselves.
