Myself and my partner went into tufts as it was our local carpet shop at the time, in our initial visit we were given great advice and were able to get accurate quotes straight away. From that point we visited a couple more times and were encouraged to take samples and never once felt pressured into making a decision. A really good experience. Stairs, lounge and two bedrooms fitted. Helpful in the shop and no rushing. Happy to fit at our convenience and an excellent job. The fitters went above and beyond. We're given them by recommendation and will recommend them to others.

Terrible. Started off well, seemed friendly and reasonably priced. The fitters left a hole around my freestanding washing machine (that can be moved in 10 seconds), when we changed our layout we were left with a big hole in our floor. The manager agreed this wasn't good so booked me in to have it fixed... No one turned up, no call, no apology, this happened FOUR TIMES?! Each time there was no communication about it and emails and voicemails went unanswered. Finally, 2 months later, it's been 'fixed'. Photo attached 🤣
