Luke and Charlotte were fantastic to deal with and did a brilliant job, from understanding what I was looking for, great communication, and attention to detail and expertise. Can’t recommend them enough.
Very professional and efficient service from Tuft & Loop. Charlotte was fantastic with organising and helping me choose the carpet, and Luke did a fab job of fitting it! The quality of the carpet fitting was excellent, with great attention to detail. Really pleased with the result. I would highly recommend!
Charlotte and Luke were fantastic. They have now done most of our house on two separate dates and both times were wonderful. The carpets look great and Luke just cracks on from the moment he arrives to the moment he is finished. they were easy to deal with and helped us when we were in a big rush. I would definitely recommend them.

I would highly recommend Tuft and Loop. They are a small company that deliver a bespoke service at very competitive prices. Charlotte organises all the office side of things and Luke does the fitting. He can bring samples to you when he comes to measure up which is so helpful, but you can also visit them at their premises. He did 3 bedrooms, and all furniture was removed and returned which made the whole experience so easy, and was completed in one and a half days. So nice to deal with a small local company.
