Great service! Tuffys was out first thing and was able to identify that we didn't have a clog in a drain line but rather the company who initially installed the system hung the air handler improperly. Our ac unit was leaking back into our air ducts and caused severe damage to our kitchen ceiling. For the past 3 years I thought I was allergic to "country living," but I know know that it was my ac unit making me sick! What and outstanding place to do business! They put a whole new system in our house. Very professional and friendly. Referred my family and friends and they have been very happy as well.
I called Tuffy's to come out and take a look at our unit. I travel for a living and our AC went out over night. I looked at it before I left out on Tuesday morning I was pretty sure our capacitor was burnt out. Tuffy's showed up and quoted $750 to fix it and told me the fan motor was burnt out as well as the capacitor. Paid them the trip charge and had it fixed by a local guy that IS HONEST for $80 and guess what our fan motor was good. Tried to call and talk to the owner of Tuffy's but had no luck. Outstanding customer service! Nadine was outstanding and kept me informed on when the tech was on the way. Same day service and my upstairs unit is cooling nicely again! Cody the tech was very professional and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. Very fair priced as far as I could see. Cap job on the compressor outside and 2 pounds of freon. Would highly recommend Tuffy's to anyone!

We've been using Tuffy's for maintenance and repair for a few years but just had them install a brand new unit. I was very impressed with the two young men who came to install it.
