They communicate and are up front from beginning to end. They went above and beyond to help us out after sweltering in the Texas summer heat for 5 days. Tuffy's has done work for us on a couple of occasions, we were completely satisfied with their work! They showed up when they were scheduled and did a great job. The service guys were polite and very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend them!!!
