Extremely knowledgeable and responsive. We had a small flood and they came out pronto. The technician was professional, took his time answering a plethora of questions and had appropriate answers to resolve our problem. We have been using Tuffys for more than 10 years - always satisfied!
System stopped cooling on a Thursday afternoon about 4 o’clock. They came out and checked out the system that afternoon and had .me up and running. I have use them for the last 12 years. A good company.

They were WONDERFUL. Had a late night emergency with my air conditioner not wanting to kick on. Hadn’t been cooling for around 24 hours and my house was sitting at 83-85°. Originally thought to be a coolant leak, but I called and they talked me through what to look for and do to confirm a potential problem.
