Excellent service, professional, efficient and thoughtful. HVAC went completely down, repair would have cost as much as a new system. New system was up and running in about 5 1/2 hrs.

My air conditioner was not working when I woke up Monday morning, I called Tuffy’s that afternoon and asked them if they could come out on Tuesday. The technician was at the house by 9 a.m. Tuesday. He found the problem, told me the solution, and gave me the price to do the repair. The repair was completed and done correctly.
