Bobby got the job done on a very tricky situation where property suffered damage mid process. Managed to complete on time and we're delighted with the new home
My boyfriend called to request information about a flat/room and the man was so arrogant, we asked about the place, how much is the deposit, etc.. he was so bothered to answer any questions, then he just said he will call us back and ended the call. He never called back Please note this is an updated review from 2023 in response to the company’s question. Maybe the service got better since.
I've never used them personally, but I can see that they do "bait-and-switch". In their window they are advertising a lovely home for sale on Altenburg Avenue that I know they already sold back in July. They briefly marked it "sold", but then instead of removing the picture they just removed the "sold" label. So they're using it as a "bait and switch" to get you in the door. Bobby was lovely to deal with when buying our home. He was knowledgeable about the area and about the house. He definitely "sold" it to us, in a way that not all agents in London seem to feel the need to do! He was easy to get hold of when needed and did everything. He could to post out any issues during the process of buying and sorted out another viewing for us after our offer was accepted and we'd had our survey, so that we could check out a few things.
