Ordered shed end of April. Received text from scheduling. Shed was to be installed on 8-14-21. Shed was not installed and never heard word from anyone. Really poor customer service.

Hello!This shed is not what I paid for nor is the sheds Integrity a sound construction. Due to the incompetence of the employees at the *******, ** location *************** my order was delayed for lack of preparation and has cost me thousands of dollars in Gas, Travel, Supplies, and Energy. I informed both ************* that I was traveling from *******. The additional days I had to stay cost my business and personal time. What a waste of time and money. We designed a shed, they built it on site. Had to call them back 2 times and it still wasn't built right. Roof wasn't nailed on 1/4 of it,you could push it out 6" with your hand. shingles were barley hanging on and crooked. nails bent over under the shingles causing them to bow, trim was over 1" crooked going only 8', drip cap I pulled off on one side because they only put 2 nails in it over 10', wall was bowed out over 1" on the side wall, water leaked after 1 rainfall, one whole siding joint... read more

My original installation date was set for June 21. After 4 no-shows, my tuff shed was finally installed. Out of the 4 no-shows, only once was I actually notified they were not coming that day to install. My shed was finally installed July 7. The shelf I ordered was not installed because the installer stated it was not sent with him to be installed. Also, the paint on the front door was splotchy. What a major disappointment Tuff Shed turned out to be. We designed, ordered, and paid for our shed on 4/4/2021. We were somewhat disappointed right away when they couldn’t schedule the install until 7/19/2021. They sent emails periodically to let us know things were moving along in the order. The last 2 emails were the Monday and Wednesday prior to the scheduled install, both stating things were ready for the 19th install day. FYI Ordered a garage on October 23, 2020 with the estimated completion taking 4 to 6 month. • When I followed up in April 2021 I was advised the city planning office just approved the plans. Sounds good but it's all down hill from there. • The employee said she’d mail them to me. A couple of days later she called to say she forgot to get the permits signed, but unfortunately they did not have someone to send to correct this issue. We have ordered and purchased a shed on May 17 th. My wife and I was told it would be built in 3 to 4 weeks. After the 4 th week, we had to contact Tuffshed and our order got lost and they rescheduled for today July 12 th. Now 9:00 am on July 12 th the contractor called saying his truck was broke down and it will be tomorrow between 12:00 and 3:00 pm. I would not ever deal with this company, further more ever recommend this company for anything!

Where to start? How about the beginning. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. We just moved to a new location with an extra parcel large enough to put a good-sized workshop on it (20’ X 40’) and contacted “Tuff Shed” to do the project. After getting everything agreed upon, we put minimum money down to get the project going. We were told that it would take up to 5 MONTHS before construction would start.
