Far from impressed. Air freighted a bike in a box from UK to Thailand for me. Literally all they did was pick it up and put it on a plane. They supplied me with incorrect contact details for the airline and couldn’t give me a delivery address, so I had to search for this myself. They were unable to and didn’t give me any help or guidance.. or advised me that I would need to register as an importer, I would have to get a permit for the free trade zone at the airport (when I eventually found out where the box had been delivere... read more

Fantastic service and clear communication. They did a pickup from London through a third party and were able to accommodate a last minute change of dates. Stephen was very helpful over email. Very reasonable prices - shipped just over 100 kilos for a total cost of around £370. My package arrived after a slight delay and was with me at my final destination in the Middle East after 9 days. 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing service and transparency! Takes only a day or 2 to process everything and flights for the cargo are booked according to your needs. Cargo only took 1 day to get to get to my destination (U.A.E). There was a misunderstanding with cargo timings and the staff were extremely helpful and responsive in sorting out any issues. It was an excellent experience for us with Tudor for our move to India especially the communication with Stephen right from the quote stage which was brilliant.
