I’m not sure what’s happened to this surgery in the last 4 years but gosh, the way it’s run is nothing short of terrible. I called for advice and was told to google my symptoms and side effects by reception because she didn’t deem it urgent enough to warrant speaking to a medical professional.
One of the best surgeries in the uk. They seem to be very efficient warm and understanding.
Dr Gaddir absolutely a fantastic doctor he has helped me threw a tough time struggling with my mental health even just giving me a random call to check in on me fairplay highly recommend him I can't thank him enough for his on going support
I have always been treated with empathy and respect. I am grateful for the care that has been shown myself & my daughter when we have needed it over 30 years of living in Abergavenny. Dr Close, Dr Lloyd, Dr Dibble and Nurse Florence have been particularly kind and helpful to my family over the years. Thank you to a great team.
i find that whenever i come here, they mever really tried to solve the problems i had long term, however, recently i was seen by Dr. Joel Caughey, i must say he is one of the most helpful GPs i have ever seen, someone who truly cared about my problems.
