I was sceptical after previous experiences ordering blinds from other companies but I would recommend Tudor Blinds. Replacement vanes has tidied up our vertical blinds for a very good price.

Placed an order for replacement Blind vanes, they took a little longer than expected but an email to them was answered quickly explaining stock took longer to arrive, which I understand with them being based in Northern Ireland. Once they were shipped they took a couple of days to arrive and was packaged good. They actually look better than the sample I had shown to my Mother, came with everything needed to hang them and all were wrapped up well. First two orders went fine. No problems and easy to install blinds. Third however was a bit different. We ordered vertical blinds and the verticals came but not the head rails. Took more calls than we thought necessary before we finally reached Paul who looked into it and sorted it out. Turned out to not be their fault - the courier had lost a package. Once they sorted it they were good at keeping us updated, only needing one nudge before they personally delivered the remainder of the order.

I recently purchased 4 blinds from Tudor Blinds, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, their customer service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. The blinds themselves are of excellent quality and good value for money. Tristan, the installer, did an amazing job—he was not only efficient and skilled but also left everything spotlessly clean. I highly recommend Tudor Blinds for a hassle-free process.
