I have two complaints about this company, firstly they present themselves as a local business showing cute pictures of a seemly local man with his child in arms. "Tucker Computer Repair" that's in Tucker, Ga. I decided to go with the company for that reason, supporting a local resident. It's all a big lie the company is a national company, saying whatever they need to say to get business. Technician "engineer" came unprepared to diagnose any problems. Spent 2.5 hours mostly talking to ASUS (motherboard).Nothing was fixed or even close to being fixed, charged me more than $300.00 and told me to change motherboard.Turned out that the problem was a defective ***. I diagnosed it myself by doing a simple test suggested on the *** website. Changed the *** and now the computer runs great. This should have been done by the technician. Thank God I did not follow his advise.

I contacted this company, explained that I needed assistance with getting data off of very old computers. They rescheduled the appointment twice. The tech that showed up had never seen a floppy disk let alone could fix it. He came in with NO equipment, asked if I had another computer he could use to do the work and proceed to break another old computer that I had.
