****** was terrific. I have never had better technical support and so quick on trouble shooting. I was moving an older computer to another area of the home and setting up a new computer with lots of apps for photography and painting with multiple external hard drives, so not a simple task. He worked through them all with a great spirit. Made the task manageable. 100% better than the Geek Squad or other vendors I used in the past.
I really appreciated the help ******** gave me in Dallas. It saved me in terms of working remotely while I'm waiting for my new laptop to get here. He helped me make a defective computer (CPU overloading even when idle) workable for the time being. He also gave me spec recommendations based on my work that made choosing my new device easier. Plus they got the issue solved quickly. I called in desperation on a Friday night and got a call back to dispatch a technician the next morning.
****** has come to my house many times so far and each time has been an absolutely lovely experience. he is so patient and knowlegable about these technological things. i can confidently say that i have never been so care free knowing that i will be taken care of
