**** was the representative from Karls Technoloby. He asked about the problem I was having and began his research very quickly. He identified the issue very quickly and then ran a review of the other programs on my computer. He was here for less than an hour and was happy to explain the process he was using.I have used this company in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

****** and Fabio arrived on time, Were polite, professional and knowledgeable. They solved an issue which had baffled another computer store. The charges were reasonable and exactly as explained by the agent who booked the service call. In short, an excellent experience. We will call them again when needed,

B6K This was the very best technician that I have ever had help with my computers. He set up my brand new computer, transferred all my files. Very courteous and took the time to help me understand what to do. I will only recommend this company to my business associates and friends. If people think that it is too expensive to hire someone to help them than they are wrong. I could have never done what ***** helped me with. I am 100% pleased and satisfied. Thank you so much !!!

The same thing happened to me that happened to ******* R (3 comments below). I was sold the idea of an industry professional/computer engineer being able to fully resolve my computer concerns. what I got was duped into paying $156.25 for **** hrs to have the same problems after doing business with Karls Technology that I had beforehand. I submitted a ticket with the support team for Karls Technology, told them that their tech didn't fix my computer, pointed out that they have a guarantee, and requested a refund. ****** is really cool. He was very professional and polite. He explained everything that he was doing and asked for my okay before doing it. He went above and beyond to make sure I got all my files back because my hard drive had to be replaced. Then went in to help me get all my set-up back to the way it had been.We had used this company before, both techs were great. I would and have told people about this company.

This company claims to send its best computer techs out to your location to fix any computer issue. I just paid $187 for 1 hr and 16 minutes of tech time without the problem being fixed. Since the tech went 1 minute over the 15 min **** before I terminated the session, I got charged an additional $31.25. After I voice my displeasure with the tech being unable to fix my issue, he tells me that he did do something to help the situation.
