The very unprofessional with handling deposit return. The worst experience I have ever had. The countrywide service is appalling. When you ring the office, they keep passing around and giving same excuse of system glitch and people on annual leave. For over a month I have left the property, I’m still pursuing my deposit return.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience engaging with Countrywide Limited has been genuinely awful. We’ve been waiting almost two months for the return of our deposit, and trying to get any kind of meaningful response from them has been incredibly difficult. Communication is extremely limited — emails go unanswered, phone calls are dodged or passed around, and when we do manage to speak with someone, the tone is often dismissive and disrespectful.
