We had such a good experience with Tucker car hire! Really efficient and friendly staff. Very clean car and no problems at all!
Exactly what we wanted from a local car hire company! They went out of their way to help us at a very reasonable price. I'm sick of dealing with web-sites. I LOVED dealing with real people who even answered my emails from their holiday in Spain. Everything went as they said and we will use them whenever we go to Penzance by train. They met us and arranged for us to drop off at the station. And all the time we were able to contact a real person by mobile. EXCELLENT service and value - and friendly!
Unbelievably rude answering the phone saying: -yes…? (Me)-Hello, is this Tucker car hire? -We don’t have any cars and it is Sunday!! (Proceeds to hung up on us) Maybe cars are ok? I guess I will never know. Certainly not going to try ever again
