My parents sent me a potted anthurium plant for my birthday. What I got looks nothing like what they ordered. It's a combination of two tiny anthurium plants with a croton in the middle. They're all planted in tiny plastic pots and placed in a cheap basket. No ceramic pot like the one my parents ordered. They also didn't deliver it on the day they were supposed to and the next day, they just left it with the office instead of bringing it to my apartment. I ordered using Teleflora and spent $85 on a beautiful bouquet and what was received was NOTHING like the bouquet. Complaints have been sent to Teleflora. I’m shocked they tried to pass this off as what I ordered! Pictured here is what was ordered and what I got.
UPDATE: The owner Bobbie got a hold of me directly and apologized for the way the arrangement look. She did send a new one in the correct vase. However stated she does not carry succulents so could not add them to the new arrangement. I appreciate their effort to make it right. Just beware if ordering through Teleflora, I suggest calling the shop directly instead so they can make something with what the offer. New arrangement photo has also been added to this post. I ordered some flowers for my mother in law. They arrived today and they were horrible. They were wilted and looked days old. I am so bummed seeing that we decided to go this route for her Mother’s Day gift and it was a total fail.
I placed an order on Tuesday to be delivered Valentine's morning and they never arrived . Spent all that money and also paid for delivery just to be disappointed ! I've been calling all day and both phone lines have been off the hook .
RecommendedTheir flowers are always fresh and beautifully arranged. I am able to call them directly and receive excelkent customer service. Their showroom is beautiful and, there is so much to see. Very pleasantly surprised by what they have on display!

Today I ordered a beautiful white orchid plant for my Aunt's birthday. I was so impressed from the moment Amanda answered the phone at Tubbs of Flowers. I recently had surgery and was definitely off of my game ☹️ but she waited so patiently while I looked for the address and phone number needed to place my order.
