One of this company’s drivers crashed into the back of my car while trying to dangerously cut traffic from a "turn right only" lane. Not only was the manoeuvre reckless and illegal, but the driver also failed to follow legal requirements in Ireland by not displaying an insurance certificate on the windscreen. Worse still, the driver refused to provide any further information. This is completely unacceptable behaviour from anyone, let alone a professional driver representing a logistics company. This company lorry damaged my car ! Smashed the wind screen and damaged the structure of the car ! The driver ask apologies and gave it to me the company number! I called the owner told what happened! After she took all the evidence, she promised me to recover my repair cost ! However she did not! After I gave I contacted the solicitor to claim!
