Recently bought a car from TSP, fantastic customer service, always felt wanted and if we had any questions answered honestly. Never felt pressured or pushed to buy the car, and was able to test drive the car and look around it and under the bonnet to make sure everything was good! Staff really helpful and very professional, would definitely use again!

Bought a kia sportage 5 months ago. As soon as i brought it home within the first week my car was clamped. The garage had let me go off without taxing the vehicle which i gave them the money to do so. Baring in mind i had been driving around with no tax, if i was caught i’d of had a fine and points which wasn’t my fault. They had to pay the clamping fee. Recently bought an Audi Rs6 from TSP and nothing has been straight forward and got lied too. Bought the car and 2 days later I contacted saying the brake disks were in a really bad state. The dealership offered to contribute £338 towards £750 brake disks and pads… (after only owning the car for 2 days!) Dealership kept hold of the spare key for the car and took 2 weeks and messages to get it.
