Whenever I go into this branch there seems to be an issue. Paying in a cheque for my wife becomes a major drama.. Being told that you shouldn't have your wife's PIN number, like I'm some naughty child is less than a brilliant start to the day. I'm not sure what kind of relationship these people have with their spouses, but in our house there's a little thing called trust. Shouldn't know my wife's PIN number. Really?

This is the bank that really makes the difference. You come in and you feel you have been allocated personal banker every time. The staff is friendly, informative and helpful in every matter. The service is efficient and you get to know them really well. Most of all that are really flexible depending on your circumstances and try to help as much as possible with every little problem you may come across. I have not experienced better customer service in any of the High Street banks used in the past. Would recommend to anyone.
