Staff very rude, standing at the door and staring at you and rushing to close even 30 mins before 5pm. My card it’s faulty and they told me to send the money to someone or use the contactless. I need to take out cash and there were unhelpful. I’m going to join to a different bank next week.
Absolute useless staff
Went to this tsb branch today because I was a victim of fraud. The lady at the counter was extremely rude and unhelpful. She kept talking over me and would not listen to what I was trying to tell her. When I did finally get to finish a sentence she said "you can argue with me all you like but it won't change anything". First of all, I was not being argumentative in the slightest. She was in fact the one who was being argumentative and rude.
