Outstanding customer service from all staff in TSB Barnsley branch. It’s a pleasure to go in, they are very helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Long may this branch remain to serve those of us who prefer to deal with a real person rather than do online banking.

Staff are extremely helpful and kind , especially Kim who has spent time making me confident using internet banking . The staff go the extra mile to look after you especially Marie and Sharon who put up with my small change pay ins. 😁
Absolutely amazing. Sharon and Kyle are a credit to TSB. They both couldn't do enough to help my mother in-law. I thank them both. The service she received from both of these people, is probably the best i have seen, in any bank.
