We waited 2 and a half hours without any word from staff as to the reason for delay. It was busy and I get that however we felt they were completely overbooked and that our time had no value to Truxtun. We too had things we needed to take care but actually spend from 8:30am, half hour before our appointment, til just after noon. This was excessive. I brought my mom in to have her PICC line changed. The first young lady I talked to was nice. But when the beeper went off to turn in my mom's paperwork, the second one wasn't. The wrong field for this young lady to be in. When mom was taken to the back she was well cared for and I truly appreciated that. Overall it was a great experience. But I recommend changes at the front desk. Patients are there because of a medical concern and the last thing they need is their first contact to be with someone uncaring and rude.
The ladies at the front desk were very polite and nice and helpful but in the back the girl that did my ultrasound was super rude didn't say who she was when she walked in the room , wasn't friendly, made me feel really uncomfortable if she dislikes her job so much she shouldn't be working there. The student was great though very sweet kid, very friendly, maybe she should get hired on and take that other ultrasound techs job. because of that I only gave them 4 stars.
Wonder service didn't have to wait long the tech that did my mammogram was awesome
Waited for over two hours at the G street location for an X-ray. The gal at the front desk said it would be no More than an hour. If you are so busy, please hire more staff, this is a private company and should be able to afford it.
Wonderful experience, great atmosphere and very friendly staff. Clean, organized and very well put together facility. Highly recommend to others.
