The woman who did my CT with contrast was excellent. I don't even have a bruise from the IV she gave me. Thank you for being so kind, considerate and caring
This place is a absolute JOKE! For 2 weeks I have been calling to try to get a MRI scheduled and I have never gotten through to anyone. Always on hold just like I am right now for the last 37 minutes. 1 time and I mean only 1 time I got threw to someone and then all she did was put me on hold for 49 minutes until I hung up. I can't believe u guys call yourself a business. This is ridiculous!!!!!
Nice! My wife has an appointment with you today at 4:45 at the Riverwalk. You guys left her in there alone in a gown for two hours. You went home!! You left her there! How is this acceptable??! Explain! (5 negative stars!)
Doctors and Nurses are great, but the accounting department needs an overhaul! The Accounting department was rude and unprofessional. It amazes me more people don't file law suits regarding their practices. They used our banking information, issuing debits and credits & taking debits and credits without our approval. Anna was rude and even her supervisor Stephanie got ruder....... Someone needs to hold these people accountable rudeness and professionalism.
I went in for an ultrasound for our first child at 1PM 2/20/15. The wait was about average... but the ultrasound tech apparently came back from lunch in a bad mood. She really didn't give a crap and her attitude and responses were short. Slopped cold gel on my stomach without warning. I brushed it off...
