Thought I was going to be there for a few hours when I walked in and seen the waiting room was full. The staff was friendly and was in an out in less than an hour.
They always make sure I'm comfortable, but this last visit was for my daughter and the tech did everything to make sure she was relaxed and comfortable. Thank you.
I have been here for many CT scans and MRI's in the past three years. There have been a couple receptionists who didn't seem to care to work...as with any business...but as a whole, I've had nothing but positive experiences here. Someone who left a review complaining about their lockers not working right...really? I'd say that's pretty picky!
Took a long time to check in & there was only one person in ahead of me???
Had to go through 5 lockers to find one with a lock that worked, so I could lock up my things during xrays. Staff is not very friendly at front desk. Act like they don't want to be there. Xray tech was nice. Wait wasn't too long. I think I hit it at a good time. Unfortunately, they now don't take my secondary insurance. Will I go back? No. Will go to Kern Radiology if there is a next time. I know they take both insurances.
