Was quoted a ridiculous figure for some work to be completed. Quotes from other local firms came in at more than half the price. Told me repointing my chinmey was impossible and it had to come down. RICS surveyor said this was rubbish and that any competent roofer could repoint it.
Had a roof replaced and it was complete swiftly. Scaffolding was up on the Saturday and the roof was finished in entirety by the Thursday. Thanks Jay, Matty and Buck for the swift, skilled work. Debris tidied on completion.
Recently used Trust Mark to replace a couple of tiles and general health check on our roof, prompt professional service. This is the 3rd time we have used trust Mark. Highly recommended.
Trustmark have been excellent from start to finish. Ged, who came out to give quotes for my work was friendly and professional and explained everything in detail. The gentlemen who did the pointing on the large, gable end wall and front and back of the house did a great job. They always cleaned up at the end of each day and always explained what they were doing and listened to any concerns I might have.
