Wonderful company have looked after us for years now. The staff are lovely.
Would not advise anyone to use this company,my wife used them after her dad’s death, with the handling of his estate as she thought they’d take the added stress away. 2 years later still not sorted out.So much paperwork work lost,companies not contacted. Would not advise anybody to use this company,they’ve caused nothing but stress an all there case workers are off sick (stress most likely) The only reason they got 1 star is so I could post review
I contracted Trust Inheritance after the passing of my Dad and followed the instructions as set out on the card that was given to me in the event of both my parents passing. To begin with I was concerned as this company does have alot of negative reviews and we could not get through to the Bereavement help desk although I tried for three days. Please avoid this company. So far we have been lied to and ignored. It's been 18 months since we hired them, my mothers house has been sold and I am still yet to receive any updates with figures etc. We hired them in the beginning to tell company's about our mothers death and they did not, they then lied about doing so. We have been passed on to 3 different case handlers now. It took them roughly 10 months to even apply for the probate. Communication has been poor to non existent.
