I contracted Trust Inheritance after the passing of my Dad and followed the instructions as set out on the card that was given to me in the event of both my parents passing. Please avoid this company. So far we have been lied to and ignored. It's been 18 months since we hired them, my mothers house has been sold and I am still yet to receive any updates with figures etc. We hired them in the beginning to tell company's about our mothers death and they did not, they then lied about doing so. We have been passed on to 3 different case handlers now. It took them roughly 10 months to even apply for the probate. Communication has been poor to non existent.
