I live in Moody but always drive out to Trussville Urgent Care if I need to see a doctor. I have been 3 times in the past two months and they are ALWAYS super nice and the wait time is not bad at all usually. They give quality care to their patients and will even call and check on you to make sure you are feeling better after a few days. I highly recommend them.
I loved the care,professionalism of the doctor and staff, they treated me like a patient and not just a chart number, thumbs up for all around care.
I thought that making people come up to the window 3 times considering they are sick and/or in pain is a bit much. Why can't all the paperwork be prepared and the payment taken at the same time? I was in terrible pain and having to go to the window over and over again was not something I appreciated. The doctor was great; he actually listened to me and advised me well. He also examined me, which is something the St Vincent's ER doc did not do.
Had good care, seen pretty quickly! Happy customer
I have always been pleased with the service here. Staff is friendly and doctor is good. Wait time depends on crowd, but not as long as most places. Clean facilities and easy parking.
