I had a great first experience today. Receptionist was sweet, RN was so kind and listened then I saw the nurse practitioner. She was fantastic. She listened to what was going on, examined me then told me exactly what we needed to do today to make me comfortable, but also what my next steps need to be. Highly recommend when you need urgent care but not the ER level of care.
You can't be seen here without giving them carte blanc with a credit card, even if your insurance deductible has been met and you have 100% coverage. The attitude of the front desk is less than friendly.
I have always had great care here, the doctors are great, Dr. Nelson and Dr.Michell. They are very kind and caring, the nurses are wonderful.
Thank you so much to the wonderful staff here! I had been misdiagnosed in the emergency room two weeks prior. They correctly diagnosed me, gave me the correct meds, and I'm feeling so much better. The office is so clean, the staff is very friendly and professional, and they are very thorough and take their time to listen to the patient's needs. Celeste is the best! And Randi is absolutely dandy!
It was a good experience. I was 3rd in line and waited about 25 min and when they called me back they tended to me right away. Staff was very pleasant.
These guys are the best ever. They take the time to listen to your needs and are so kind and willing to serve. I've been here several times and it's always been a great experience. I have always left satisfied and on the mend. Thank so much y'all!
