They did not understand how to stop the spread of CORONA! They lazy, and will not answer the phone. Only place I know of that request that you come in and out multiple times for one visit
RecommendedI just left the Trussville Urgent Care Center. I found all of the staff to be very professional. The courtesy extended should set a positive experience for all who require their services. I was very impressed.
They were wonderful with my 14yo. While talking with us about what was the matter and very knowledgeable about well everything with my child's care. I totally recommend them 100%!!!
Love this place! I have my regular internist plus Trussville Urgent Care....for urgent care needs. The staff, nurse practitioner and Dr. Nelson are so awesome!

For your own safety, do NOT come here! Beyond the long wait times and the rude staff, I was also misdiagnosed. This practice does not take patients seriously. I was told my swollen lymph node was “nothing” and the nurse practitioner literally called me “crazy” for coming in. She told me if my lump was the size of a GOLF BALL, she still would have sent me home. Well, guess why my lymph node was swollen? Worst place I've ever been
I love this place from the sweet little chick at the front desk to each nurse and physician I’ve ever seen there. They are totally focused on caring for you and they are so very personable and friendly!! There’s never a long wait!! I highly recommend them!!
