Summary of review: Good communication. High quality work. An absolute pleasure to deal with Michael and his assistant Adam. We originally became aware of Trusst Roofing as the company were clearing gutters for folks a few streets away and they were recommended to us. Whilst clearing ours Michael pointed out with the aid of diagnostic videos issues regarding our guttering and downpipes we weren’t aware of which was really helpful. Couldn't fault the service. Turned up when they said they would, did a great job and were quicker than they thought they'd be. Lots of very clear communication throughout the job, even videos of the work they were doing as they went along. Really nice lads. Would definitely recommend.
Contacted Michael as we had a leaking flat roof that had been poorly fitted by a previous roofer. Came at the time he said he would and explained all aspects of the job with pictures and video Work completed to an excellent standard , all areas kept clean and tidy Micheal and Adam were very respectful of my property I would not hesitate to recommend and will use again
We've just had our brick shed roof replaced with rubber and wow what a difference! These guys came out so quickly to quote and really went above and beyond - even adding on extras like replacing our downpipe at the same time, which we hadn't even thought of! And the result speaks for itself, wish I'd done it months ago! Would happily use the firm again for a bigger job in the future. A*
I rang Michael this morning about a missing slate. He turned up within the hour to have a look at the job, went and got the material and fixed it. He was very efficient and tidy. He's also a very nice chap.
