Bill explained everything very thoroughly to me and Jess did a remarkable job on setting everything up I was very comfortable with him in my home and that's hard to do
Sales rep Paul was very knowledgeable and precise in his analysis of our issue. Jesse our tech today is very professional and completed his work in a timely fashion.
Bill is incredibly kind and thorough, and he took the time to explain the habits of our type of pest and remediation for our situation. Jesse was the tech who installed our monitoring stations and sprayed. He was also very courteous and covered our perimeter entirely. I have been a customer at this house for about 10 years and Truly Nolen is "truly" a great value and service.
OK so here it is. I second the review about Robert Housman. He is absolutely the best. I have not had any problems since he has been our tech. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is because first, when I call the Englewood phone number it is not the staff at that location answering the phone. For some reason they do not want you to talk to the office. Also, they keep raising the prices, often!
