Tucson is now dealing with a colony of roof rats that appear to have migrated from Phoenix by hitching rides on freight trains (I wish I were making this up). A Ratatouille situation could be advantageous for us, but unfortunately roof rats don't cook. As a preventative measure, we requested that our roof and plumbing vents be secured to prevent unwanted guests from taking up residence.
