Called in about a repair, they promptly got back with a repair slot after having done a survey at their expense. Had to rebook the repair which was really straightforward forward. When the repair took place the repairman was polite, helpful and did a good job considering it was about 0 degrees out. Very satisfied with the job given the circumstances this time of year. Note: they seem like a very busy company so expect taking time to organise your job details with them, they probably have hundreds and hundreds of things going... read more
Unbelievably good service, booking the appointment was easy on the phone super helpful staff. I asked for an early appointment and they were very accommodating. The engineer turned up as early as possible and got it fixed. Would happily recommend them to anyone.
