Amazing Fastener Department Seems the fastener department was updated a year or so. Now they have just about everything needed, Even some hard to find items. About 5 isles of bolts and nuts. Service is always above average but they seem to have a lot of new employees that do not seem to know anything. In the 5 plus years I have been a customer I have never had a problem.
Pasadena True Value Hardware is a Wonderful Resource for Do It Yourselfers! Excellent place to get quality paint. The folks are very knowledgeable and friendly. I own several homes and usually shop their whenever I am working on a paint-related project.
Great service! I love to shop here. Really friendly staff and great selection. I would highly recommend to all and look forward to visiting again in the near future.
I agree with J. Delgado I agree with J. Delgado this is a great store. The service is great and the store employees are always helpful. Ok sometimes the checkout clerks are in some other dimension but they are helpful, courteous, and more often than not will save you money. You get much better service here than at any other large store. Small, very small This small hardware store can't compete with the big guys, Lowes and Home Depot. You may be able to get what you need in a pinch, but you may not. The selection is sparse.
At least you can find an employee I can't tell you how many times I go in a big box store (well, I tend to avoid them) and the employees run the other way--if indeed you see them at all. This store always has lots of people on the floor to help and there are always two registers open. They are friendly and helpful, though not all as knowledgeable as they might be, maybe because the owner wants to make sure all customers are greeted and helped. Happy Customer I've been shopping at this True Value for 7 years and always had great service. I've seen customers who were plainly idiots blame the staff for their own failures to measure, read directions and generally think intelligently about their projects. And no, I don't work for the store. I'm just a local resident who's relied on the staff at this store more than a few times and always gotten good service.
